Founded in 1992 in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province and in 1998 the company’s institutional reform was completed with the approval of the competent authorities. The company attaches importance to innovation management and has created more than 10 municipal-level and provincial-level construction methods and nearly 40 national patents. It has involved in compiling a number of local and national (industry) technical specifications. It has been the first domestic company to obtain the passive aluminum alloy door and window certification issued by German Passive House Research Institute. Over the years, the company has won a number of scientific and technological innovation achievements and technology demonstration project awards. For the better and faster development of the company and under the leadership of the new shareholders’​ meeting, the company headquarters moved to Nanjing in October 2015. Jingtian Construction (Middle East) Co., Ltd. was established in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) in June 2017. In May 2018, the company completed the holding of Jiangsu Shenggemei Decoration (heat preservation) Engineering Co., Ltd.
