Founded in 2020, OPMS Consult provides project and construction management consultancy services in UAE and Egypt. In 2022 we started to operate in Canada, and our primary objectives and mission have remained the same. To provide multi-disciplinary consultancy services to support the effective delivery of our client’s projects.
