The Mapa Limak CRRC Consortium is a partnership formed by three major companies: MAPA and LIMAK from Turkey, and CRRC from China. This consortium was established to execute the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, which is part of Dubai’s strategic infrastructure development under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

The Blue Line will span approximately 30 kilometers and include 14 stations, with a mix of underground and elevated sections. It aims to enhance the existing metro network by integrating with the Red and Green lines, supporting Dubai’s growth and development goals. MAPA and LIMAK are responsible for the civil construction aspects, while CRRC will provide rail systems, including wagons and technical equipment. The primary client for this project is the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
