Parkin Company PJSC is the exclusive public parking operator in Dubai, responsible for managing all paid parking facilities across the city. Operating under a 49-year concession agreement with Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), the company oversees on-street, off-street, and multi-storey parking spaces, ensuring smooth traffic flow and convenient access for residents and visitors.

Established in late 2023 under Law No. 30, Parkin’s operations date back to 1995, when Dubai’s public parking system began with just 1,000 spaces. Today, the company manages approximately 197,000 spaces across the emirate.

In March 2024, Parkin successfully launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Dubai Financial Market, raising USD 429 million and recording a share price surge of over 30% on its debut—marking one of the market’s strongest openings in recent years.
